REMOTE CTRL Masterclasses and Manual for Employers – this output comprise a comprehensive training programme that was delivered through a series of eight time-bound master-class sessions to support business owners and managers to adapt their business and their management style for a remote working environment.
The first objective of REMOTE CTRL is to provide employers, business owners, and managers with the tools they need to allow them to adapt to remote working practices within their business and adapt their business model accordingly. These face-to-face masterclass sessions were delivered as a series of 'breakfast briefings' in each partner country and were facilitated as webinars where it was possible to support the ethos of this remote working project.
These masterclass sessions are supplemented by a toolkit of short, bite-sized digital learning resources, including video lectures, simulations, practical tip-sheets, checklists, and case studies that business owners and managers can use to adapt their business model to a remote working environment. The videos are designed as "accessible" resources, meaning that if an employer is on the go, they can easily watch a short video, or perhaps listen to a podcast made from the audio extracted from the video.
